Kameleo 5.3.0 adds opt-in WebRTC UDP tunneling, extends SOCKS5 proxy tunneling to HTTP/3 and QUIC in Chroma 152 and later, and fixes issues across the Kameleo App, API requests, proxy checks, dual-stack networks, profile sharing, and logout.

We gave the GUI a little facelift, made the proxy tester actually useful, made profile IDs searchable right from the search bar, and squashed a handful of smaller bugs along the way.

Added

• Show profile IDs in profile previews and let the search bar match on full or partial profile ID.

• Refresh GUI controls and styling for a more consistent experience across profile, group, and navigation workflows.

• Rework the proxy tester to explain failures in plain language, suggest what to check, and generate a copyable report to share with support.

• List Groups alphabetically by name instead of in random order.

Latest version is out: Fingerprint Inspector is now generally available and five more fixes and improvements on top.

Added

• Allow creating a profile using the API without specifying a fingerprint; if omitted, the Engine automatically selects one using its recommended defaults.

• Add Fingerprint Inspector as a launch option in the profile context menu in the UI to enable real-time fingerprint instrumentation (Chroma only).

• Indicate subscription-only features as locked throughout the GUI, so users can discover what becomes available after registering or upgrading their plan.

• Add a new InstallProfileKernel SDK method to pre-install a profile's browser kernel ahead of time, so starting the profile no longer waits on an implicit kernel download.

Changed

• Mask the proxy password by default in the test proxy dialog, with a toggle button to reveal it.

Fixed

• Fix sign-in getting stuck on an error page when the login parameters expired; the Engine now automatically retries authentication instead.
